Most estimating services cover every trade shallowly. We do one thing properly: brick and block. That means correct coursing, realistic waste on facing bricks, sensible gang outputs — numbers a bricklayer would sign off, not a spreadsheet guess.
Typical estimating firms charge £250+ and take days. Because we specialise, we're faster and cheaper — and if we've missed something, revisions are free until you're happy.
No hourly rates, no surprises. If a job doesn't fit these, we'll quote a fixed price before we start.
